SOS EHS-EASC
We are a self-help association made up of people affected by central sensitization environmental diseases, referred in scientific literature as Central Sensitization Syndrome (CSS).
Central Sensitization Syndrome includes fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, electrohypersensitivity, semicircular lipoatrophy, hydrargyria, etc. The people in our association are electrohypersensitive and, in addition, suffer from different degrees of one or more of the other CSS diseases.
Our scope of action is the Basque Country Autonomous Community. In the Spanish State, there is another organization, Electro y Químico Sensibles por el Derecho a la Salud with which we collaborate. Besides, we are members of the Spanish coalition Plataforma Estatal contra la Contaminación Electromagnética (PECCEM).
Our mission is focused on:

- To inform about EHS (Electro-Hiper-Sensitivity), multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) and other environmental diseases of central sensitization.
- Mutual support among EHS people.
- The search for recognition and support by the institutions of our autonomous community for our social, cultural, labor and health problems.
- We collaborate with national and international organizations dealing with our problems and seek recognition of our syndrome as a disability.
